2020-2021 REGISTRATION/ FEES

Player's USAV Registration ...$50.00

     Every player and coach involved in a sanctioned competition must register with a USAV Regional Volleyball Association. All participants shall sign and abide by the Participants Code of Conduct and Waiver and Release of Liability Form. Once registered, we will collect the Medical History and Release Form as well as a copy of the participants Birth Certificate and USAV Membership Card. Participants can go to www.bayouvolleyball.org to register with club affiliation "XTREME Volleyball".

Club Fees... $800-$1000     

   Club Fees include registration for 5-7 tournaments, coaching fees, 2 uniform jerseys and 2 shorts, cover shirt, rental fee for facility, and insurance. Additional tournaments will be decided with the team and will incur an additional fee.
