2021 CLINICS

Complete the following information to register for the 2021 Volleyball Clinics. 

Please note that by registering, you are authorizing the directors to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I know of no medical or physical problems which would affect my child's ability to safely participate in this clinic.

Once you receive an email accepting your child into the clinic, you will be given instructions for payment. Payment options are cash, check or venmo.
